Pity the Conservatives never adopted the sort of policies set out in the leaflet for white households. Itâs very strangeâŠwhy are the Muslims of Rochdale not interested in reopening Rochdale Infirmary and reviving the town centre? Why would they be preoccupied about a place theyâve never been to, thousands of miles away, when they are living in a town with lots of its own issues? What did Hamas ever do for them?
What do you mean, reviving the town centre? Have you visited the completely transformed and thriving centre? It’s had shedloads of money thrown at it, including new bars, restaurants, shops and other leisure facilities, river opening and town hall revamp. Don’t fall for the media negativity. The town has its problems but people making false conjectures about it doesn’t help.
Well apparently the town centre canât attract Primark, which isnât a great sign. If the town was in rude economic health, Iâm not sure the mainstream parties would have been flattened in the by-election in the way they were. The point is the Galloway leaflet targeted at white households focussed on local bread and butter issues. The leaflet distributed to Muslim households ignored these altogether, confident that local issues were of no interest to Muslims, no matter how long they had been resident in the area. Strange.

Holy crap!! I canât believe the CBC spearheaded the investigative report. Who said nothing good comes out of Quebec.
Not me. A lot of good things have had their origin in that province. Radio-Canada certainly does not tow the federal government party line, and whatâs politically incorrect in English Canada may not be so in French Canada. Good for them for practicing old school investigative journalism.

Agreed. I was mostly being an ahole.
Yet the âgender affirming careâ advocates insist that each child gets thoroughly vetted so are all âtruly transâ. I call bs.
