There are too many cars on the road (and the pavements) in the UK

Complaining about a 20mph speed limit in a large city is a very silly way to start an interview.
20mph limits are probably one of the only sensible decisions that governments and local governments are making these days.
The ULEZ is of course very problematic but mostly the casualties of war/cars are the pedestrians getting run over.
