Why keep hammering the race issue, which in this case is completely immaterial? In the George Floyd case, his background was not part of the jury deliberations – they looked at the case in front of them, not at the very failed man that he was. In the end, Derek Chauvin was clearly railroaded by the jury in their desperate attempts to save American cities from violent rioting. They failed on all counts. Why are we going the same route with Penny?
