The human rights lawyers can put up a case for the migrants but it is the tribunal judges that decide and magistrates have been happy enough to dish out savage sentences to “right wing” rioters and the judges may be happy to fall in with the wishes of the new government of a more congenial ideological stripe. Some well publicised deportations while the rest are hurriedly rubber stamped through might to the trick.
Labour seems to have the ability to enable swift justice when it suits them, just as they managed, through fellow travellers, to delay justice while they were in opposition. Naturally, the swift justice doesn’t seem to apply for people inciting the genocide of Jews.
Mass deportations? Possible but only so Labour can appear ‘tough’ while they let in and approve many more, especially of the soon to be official state religion.
