I don’t really think it is going to make the slightest difference, is it. The Scottish Government has done nothing to make MY life better and it will continue to do so.
In case someone cares, my preferred pronouns are be/bop.
Small countries with unaccountable PR politicians (“list” MSPs) are a dream for Greens.
We don’t want them, but we are stuck with them.
They are going to shut down industry while financing their dreams by taxing the industries they wish to kill. Logic? Who cares?
Most politicians are unaccountable, regardless of the electoral system. The collapse of Labour’s “red wall” was a once in a century event, like the collapse of the Liberals after WWI. Only a handful of Westminster seats are usually winable by the other party. Most are always the fiefdom of one of the parties, regardless of who’s standing in them.

The longer the SNP are in office, the more I’m convinced they’re being secretly run by MI5 in a bid to undermine Scottish independence.

The natural habitat of the Greens is the planet, not a small-in-scale-and-wisdom form of nationalism. Logically environmentalist politicians should have a deep aversion to sharing the political platform of a nationalist political party in a single nation state.
Should we conclude that the search for personal advantage lies at the root of this clinging political nonsense?
