Nobody at my (normally very good) GP’s practice is showing availability for the next two months.

If you insist on in-person doctor visits you are racist and trying to kill everyone, especially doctors. This profession was simply not designed to have to deal with sick people. Or so celebrities tell me.
I was at my GPs surgery on Friday morning (appointment with a practice nurse). There are 8 GPs in the practice. I had to wait ten minutes to see the nurse, which gave me the chance to watch the coming and goings of this grossly overworked group of committed health care professionals.
How many other patients did I observe arriving and leaving that morning? Precisely none. No-one was in with the nurse before me, no-one was waiting when I came out, and no-one was in any of the three waiting rooms when I arrived or when I left (yes, at great personal risk I walked round to look.)
So what do I conclude? That they are a bunch of lazy bastards taking the opportunity to do as little as possible while screwing the system for everything they can get.
