I hope you are right that all the negatives will cancel each other out and create a beautiful future. Not willing to wait 20 years tho, will try to find some happiness right now….

Unfortunately that will probably lead to even more building on green fields and even higher prices which will keep out the children of locals, but if that could somehow be ameliorated I agree it will probably be the future. Trouble is there are just too many people now for this little island.
