Is this a rhetorical question? Pop the champagne corks. No matter the fall out from his ignorant, unruly and often corrupt cohorts and supporters, there could not be any other ruling from the constitutional court if one wanted the rule of law to be upheld going forward.
The (majority of the) country celebrated the release from jail of Nelson Mandela, the (majority of the) country celebrates the jailing of Jacob Zuma.
Now let us see if he hands himself in. Tick tock.

“This was always a danger with the ANC because, being the party of Mandela and the heroic anti-apartheid struggle,”
And of Winnie
“During a speech in Munsieville on 13 April 1986, Winnie Mandela endorsed the practice of necklacing (burning people alive using rubber tyres filled with petrol) by saying: “With our boxes of matches and our necklaces we shall liberate this country.”[49][10] Further tarnishing her reputation were accusations by her bodyguard, Jerry Musivuzi Richardson, and others, at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, that she had ordered kidnapping and murder during the second half of the 1980s”

I would say the question asked as the article header is YES.
