Don’t do it Dave! I watch some of your show almost every day and your interviews have helped to introduce me to many of the most interesting cultural/political figures in the US. You are far too nice – and intelligent – to go into politics.

I hope he doesn’t become governor of California. He’s doing more good in his current occupation. California politics will neuter him.

I used to like Rubin before he became Dave Rubin (TM). His in-depth sit down interviews inspired me to check out Locals but I’ve chosen to not subscribe because ‘his community’ and Direct Messages have become more and more like FB. Selfies, lifestyle status-flaunting, gimmicky. One of the things that turned me off most about Elizabeth Warren’s campaign was the pimping out the doggy and shots of her upscale tasteful lifestyle. Have a beer with Liz! Take a selfie with the Golden! Look at the Tomahawks steaks on tonights menu! Do we really want another carnival barker in leadership? We shall see. This is America, after all. Integrity out, hubris in.
