Putin, meanwhile, needs ammunition, anti-tank artillery shells, and small arms for his invasion of Ukraine. He also needs manpower — North Korean soldiers operating in the border region and perhaps in Ukraine itself under the camouflage of “engineers, medics, construction workers, mechanics”.

Looks like Kim Jong Un has been eating far too many dogs.
