“Powerful forces in society get to decide which ways of talking about things are legitimate and they do so to maintain their own privileged positions”; It goes full circle as CRT and SJWs seem to set themselves the goal of being the powerful forces which decide which language is legitimate. Suspicion of their motivations rises precisely because they seem to want a privileged position for themselves rather than being genuinely motivated by the causes they claim to support.

Could it be that it is tribalism and in-group preference that are intrinsic to our being? (Seems likely to me.) I don’t envisage that being ‘educated away’ by any ethnic group. I would add that the perception of racism is likely to exist even where actual racism does not which could explain why the more ethnically diverse a society becomes, the more racism is obsessed over.
