Agreed. Unchained ATACMS, presuming they can be applied successfully for both operational and strategic detente in the coming months, provide for Ukraine a palpable measure of negotiating strength. As a former child Soviet nation, Russia’s war has now proved Ukraine to be a matured peer, capable of ongoing use and creative development of whatever conventional weaponry they are motivated to use against their prior Soviet parentage. Beware the unfairly punished child.
