The absurdity of legalising drugs

October 3, 2018

Last week, former Lord Chancellor Charles Falconer wrote a mea culpa for UnHerd: ‘Why I regret my war on drugs’. In it, he claimed the prohibition of drugs has been a failure, and proposed legalising and regulating all drugs.

You can read Peter’s response to Lord Falconer’s piece here.
