Can I read articles without becoming a subscriber?
Non-subscribers get access to a limited number of articles every month. Once the limit is reached, you can purchase a subscription from here and enjoy unlimited articles.

I’m having difficulties with my subscription account/problems accessing articles.
Firstly, please ensure that you are logged into your subscription account when browsing the website. If you are, please ensure that you are logged in using the correct subscription credentials. If you’re still having difficulties, please try logging out of your account, clearing your browser’s cache and logging back in. Other solutions may include refreshing the webpage or resetting your password. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please contact our community team at
[email protected] explaining the issue that you are having and we will investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.
How can I access the UnHerd app?
UnHerd subscribers have full access to the UnHerd app, available on all Apple and Android app stores. First download it from the app store on your device. Once installed, please log into your subscription account from the My UnHerd tab and this should link your subscription to the app. If this does not work please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling and try again. How do I manage my subscription?
You can view and manage your subscription by visiting the My Account area of your subscription account. The My Account button should appear in the top right corner once you are logged in. There are several sections to this area, including My Comments, Email Preferences and Logout. The My Account section consists of: Subscriptions, Cards, Transactions, History, Vouchers, Profile, Help.
What is included in an UnHerd subscription?
Unlimited, ad-free articles, Exclusive subscriber’s app, Events
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by emailing us on
[email protected]. Your cancellation will be effective from when your subscription term reaches its expiry date. You can also choose to opt out of automatic renewals from the My Account section.
My subscription included a tote bag. When can I expect it to arrive?
We will contact you a few weeks after your subscription purchase to ask you for a postal address. The tote is sent out 1-2 weeks after you reply with your address. International orders may take longer to arrive, and packages may be held up at customs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and American Express. If none of these options are viable for you, we will be more than happy to email you a payment link for annual subscriptions via PayPal or Stripe payment portal. We accept the following currencies: GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, EUR.
When will I be charged?
Payment cards are charged immediately, unless you are purchasing an offer with a free trial. It may take up to 5 business days for the charge to appear on your bank statement. The same card will be charged at the next renewal date (the following month or year, depending on your subscription).
