If you don’t sign up to the postmodern, intersectional construction of racism then logically you’re racist. So the answer is yes, which goes for all of us happy to be thought of as belonging to the postmodern Right. The same goes for being labelled Far Right or white supremacist- like racism, they are amorphous concept used as political tools by the liberal Left. White nationalism and neo-Naz-sm are more clearly determined as concepts. You would know much better what you’re signed up for there, although I’d say white nationalism has now supplanted neo-N-zism.
The “racism” is in actuality a stalking horse for socialism, “anti racism” and “antifascism” being, essentially, Marxist dialectics. Genuine ethic dislikes will probably always exist to some degree, but in the West they’re comparatively minor, excepting the far left. Their dislikes, including hatred of their own identities, are becoming more and more prominent, which is why we sometimes see “feminists for Hamas” or “Jews for Palestine.” Lenin once said that capitalists will sell communists the ropes that the latter will use for hangings – white progressives put themselves in similar positions. White nationalism has reared its ugly head primarily because of genuine oikophobia from the left, in the same way that MRAs arose from the excesses of modern feminism. Identity politics gets very ugly, very quickly, no matter who is placed in the unlucky “bourgoise” category.

I think the nuance at 15:50 is that all humans to some extent will have biases against other groups of humans who look different to themselves and their family. That’s inevitable and never going away, especially while heritage groups have any kind of cultural or social significance. However, the difference with the post-modernist anti-racist view is that A. this is not unique to Western society/white people, but has and will continue to be the case for any society and any person, when faced with phenotypic diversity and B. it’s not necessarily a big deal. It’s something to be aware of, but not necessarily a Great Evil that is the #1 determinant of people’s lives. That depends on whether society holds racially egalitarian social views, which Western societies generally do.
