Data editor

With the launch of UnHerd Britain, UnHerd is now engaged in regular polling and data-driven stories; this goes alongside news stories in which we investigate data, analyse reports, and dig in to the truth behind the narrative.

We are now looking for a Data Editor to help expand this aspect of our coverage. The successful candidate will

• Have experience researching and writing articles based on making data understandable and tell a compelling story
• Have knowledge of some or all of investigations, science, economics, opinion polling or other related fields
• Feel comfortable looking at numbers, dealing with databases and designing charts that tell a powerful story
• Have good news judgement for what makes a story
• Write fluently and well
• Be familiar with UnHerd and our values
